Racist headmaster and school get full support and backing of the local police… Despite the fact that the police are aware of the fact that my son was assaulted at school by a member of its staff and having seen the video evidence and witness statements they have chosen not to pursue the matter any further instead there response was to caution me for poking the headmaster in the chest… While not a criminal record this will now remain on police records insuring the continuation of my unemployability and carrying out the wishes of Rutland County Council to restrict my economic abilities in the hope that I will leave the county of Rutland and relocate to an inner city… You rough up and poke my son no come back… I poke you, five year record… Both the actions of the school and omissions of the police are discriminatory in nature and while I am not in the position to employ a barrister I am more than capable of self representation but this is a road well traveled and with the toing and throwing it will be another three to five years of court cases hearings meetings and attempts by Rutland County Council and the police to criminalise both myself and my son… I will never give up the fight and condem future generations to live in fear of bullying and intimidation for the want of a better life and the freedom to live where one chooses in peace and harmony and while I will never set out to break the law I will defend my sons liberty with both my own and my life….!

mate, am right with you on this. my son has been victimised and bullied by both teachers and the sorry excuse for a human being that is the principle for his entire time at the school.nthere are so many instances to list…. and we’re not the only parents who feel like this. other parents feel that Williams is a Nazi -like leader who sacrifices the education and opportunities of the kids who struggle or have issues for the kids who are more successful and able to do the work. i myself have been in a meeting where i was spoken to in a disrespectful and patronising manner by Williams who excluded my son for a simple accident that was noones fault, that was backed up by witnesses. all the kids know that the teachers pick on certain students and maketheir lives hell by sending them out of the classroom. for no reason, humiliatng them in front of the other kids. and then they wonder why my son starts answering back and getting defensive. if you keep telling a kid theyre bad and useless theyll eventually start fufilling that view. Williams is a dangerous meglomaniac who is more concerned with results and Ofsted that the psychological welfare of the students. classic example….being skint we couldnt afford to buy new school shoes so sent our son to school in dark trainers. he was then told off and punished by being put in client services for two whole days…..right in the middle of his GCSEs. clever eh? they then wndered why he had a go back at the teacher….he was humiliated and embarrassed thats why. punished cos his parents couldnt afford shoes, what do they expect? i cannot stand what this man does and his SHITTY attitude to parents and children. he actually tried to film my son to catch him doing somethimg wrong!! we need to gather together as one voice, take it to the education board and get this idiot sacked.

I can expand on that Anon! This kid called Calun in my year, on Sports day, accidentally fell whilst playing, with EVERYONE ELSE, and accidentally broke his collar bone, even then calun took Lucas strait to Mr. Williams to tell him what happened! Mr. Williams then excluded him! I mean what the actual hell! He didn’t even mean it! the guy is an Ofsted perfect freak and he is a bad influence on kids at our school. He needs to be put down, like the dog he is.

I agree with you both. My child had injured her ankle and knee, so it was uncomfortable to wear school shoes. I sent her in to school with some shoes on she felt comfortable in, as well as making sure they were a dark colour. Whilst she was at school, Mr Williams approached her, and said she stuck out from all the others, as it wasn’t correct uniform. She then informed him of why she was wearing them and his reaction was a tut and then walked off. Later in p.e my child had been told to get changed and join in, as she hadn’t brought a letter with her. Whilst doing p.e, her knee cracked and she collapsed and swore, she was in so much pain she sat crying for 5 minuets before a teacher noticed she was upset and in pain. When this happened, they gave her an ice pack, and sent her to get changed. After she was changed, she had to hand the ice pack back in, then go to her break. The point is, they made my child do p.e, which has made her knee and ankle so bad, it hurts to walk up the stairs, or do too many sporty activities. This also means she has had to quit all after school activities and go to physiotherapy instead. It’s horrible what the school does, just in case ofsted walk in to do a check up!

I can relate to that! My little girl was sent to Client Services for a whole day… reason? She was using her teachers laptop for work and it broke on itself… not even her fault! its wrong! Kids being victomized for things that were accidents or not their fault!
